- Manage daily site operations across highways and civil engineering works.

- Ensure all works are delivered in line with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues, escalating where required.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within highways or civil engineering projects.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 contractor (desirable).
