About the Position
Conrad Consulting, part of a leading architectural practice, is looking for an experienced Architect to join its Warwick office. The studio delivers innovative, commercially aware and socially responsible design across diverse sectors. The role offers involvement across all RIBA stages, from early concept development through to technical delivery and on-site coordination, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver projects that balance creativity, technical rigour and commercial understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead project work across mixed-use, student accommodation, retail and regeneration schemes among others
- Develop design concepts and produce high-quality technical information
- Manage client relationships and represent the studio at meetings
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and local authorities
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture
- Ensure compliance with planning policy, building regulations and best practice
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, creative environment
Qualifications
- Qualified Architect with approximately 5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong design skills paired with solid technical knowledge
- Experience across a range of sectors and project types
- Confident working directly with clients and external stakeholders
- Proficient in relevant design and BIM software – Revit proficiency is key to this role
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work from the Warwick studio at least 4 days per week and must live within a commuting distance
- Collaborative, proactive and motivated to contribute to a growing regional team
