Description: As a Site Manager working on planned works programmes, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
You will play a key role in managing and coordinating the delivery of planned works to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and coordinate on-site construction and refurbishment activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Oversee subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff, ensuring their work is aligned with project specifications and goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing their needs and concerns.
