We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major industrial construction project based in Warrington.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant £20m scheme with a well-established project team, offering a long-term freelance assignment with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial management of a £20m industrial project.
- Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Valuations, variations, and change control.
- Contract administration and risk management.
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts.
- Supporting the project delivery team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
- Strong background delivering industrial, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial projects.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial management processes and contract administration.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with site and project teams.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
