You will lead the delivery of planned investment and cyclical maintenance, ensuring homes remain safe, high-quality and sustainable while driving outcomes for residents and leaseholders.

The role requires full-time office presence during induction and will transition to 2–2.5 days in the office, with ad-hoc travel to local properties.
