We are representing an award-winning Contractor Developer client who deliver regeneration and affordable housing schemes. A privately owned business with an open and transparent approach to working with clients, they deliver residentially focused projects which are typically apartment led and of RC frame, with some traditional build including the occasional low rise housing job.

We have been mandated to secure an Estimator who will undertake both detailed estimates and land focused cost plans plus offer:

  • Demonstrable track record of flatted residential projects
  • Main contracting experience will be well received as would housebuilding or developer exposure
  • New build RC frame experience is a prerequisite
