Overview
As a Planner (32 hours per week), you will coordinate both responsive and planned repair activities, ensuring operatives are scheduled efficiently to deliver a high-quality service to customers.
This part-time role runs Tuesday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage diary and schedule operatives for responsive and planned repairs.
- Prioritise work based on urgency, availability and location, keeping appointments on track and within agreed timescales.
- Act as the central point of contact, keeping repairs on track, managing changes and outstanding work, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Work closely with operatives, supervisors and customer teams to communicate clearly and keep everyone informed.
Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience of diary management or scheduling, ideally within a responsive repairs or service environment.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail, ensuring appointments and records are accurate and up to date.
- Ability to prioritise workloads effectively, balancing urgent repairs, planned work and customer needs.
