Responsibilities
- Attend machine breakdowns efficiently and provide effective measures to resolve issues.
- Carry out PPM, corrective and improvement actions on all packing and process machines.
- Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies.
- Develop and deliver effective reactive maintenance, repairs and improvements.
- Hold overall responsibility for maintaining efficient operation of process equipment.
- Ensure the processing plant is available and running at optimum levels at all times, minimizing downtime.
- Maintain high product standards by avoiding short‑term fixes that compromise the process plant.
Qualifications
- Multi‑skilled automation skills on packing equipment or equivalent.
- Excellent fault‑finding and root‑cause analysis skills.
