As Engineering Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Facilities Manager, Contracts Manager, and wider client Facilities Team. The position requires someone who is highly dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of planning and coordinating activities effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining documentation, managing key administrative processes, supporting compliance activities, and ensuring information is accurately recorded and communicated across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Facilities Manager and wider Facilities Team with day-to-day administrative activities
  • Administration and management of facilities documentation and compliance records
  • Raising purchase orders, invoices, and processing associated queries
  • Maintaining holiday, absence, and personnel registers
  • Managing expenses administration and reconciliation
  • Collating and reporting utilities metering data
  • Uploading and maintaining information within CAFM systems and document management platforms
  • Assisting with internal and external activities, meetings, and coordination tasks as required
  • Supporting planning, scheduling, and organisational activities across the department
