As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will support the HSQE Manager and wider team on various rail projects across the Kent region. This role involves attending sites to provide regular employee and subcontractor briefings and inductions, conducting site inspections, and assisting with incident investigations. You will meet with the client to ensure H&S policies and procedures are being met, participate in monthly safety meetings, and help maintain and develop the company management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced HSQE Advisor within the Rail or Construction sector
  • NEBOSH General or Construction certificate
  • Experience working on rail/construction projects to Network Rail Standards
  • Willingness to travel to various sites

Remuneration:

Salary up to £52,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + BH, Company Pension scheme, Car/Allowance
