Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Drop Transport Planner to join a busy transport operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily multi-drop deliveries, maximising vehicle utilisation and ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise daily multi-drop delivery routes.
- Maximise vehicle utilisation and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse teams.
- Monitor delivery performance and resolve service issues.
- Manage last-minute changes, delays and additional collection requests.
- Ensure compliance with driver hours and transport regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and update transport management systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in transport planning.
- Good knowledge of the UK road network and multi-drop operations.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using transport management systems is desirable.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary of £35,000–£45,000, depending on experience.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday : 5am-3pm / 10am-8pm
