Job Overview
Electrical Engineer – Up to £45,000 – Teddington, Surrey.
About the Role
We are a client‑facing firm located in Teddington, Surrey.
The role involves maintaining commercial site infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, and liaising with clients to support their electrical service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct building maintenance, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
- Prepare and update RAMS and logbooks.
- Maintain computer literacy for technical reporting.
- Communicate effectively with the client to address concerns and coordinate work.
- Apply technical knowledge in facilities maintenance.
- Work within a regular schedule (Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm).
- Handle large amounts of overtime as required.
- Participate in company‑provided training programmes.
- Operate without call‑out duty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 3 and 17th Edition Electrical Qualifications (minimum).
- Level 2/3 in a related electrical building services technical qualification.
- 4+ years of experience in building services within a commercial environment.
- Previous experience as a time‑served engineer.
