Technical Support Engineer (Heat Pumps) London Bridge - Hybrid £55,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid 3 Days From Home + Progression + Training + Company Benefits

Are you a Technical Support Engineer with experience in the heat pumps industry that wants to work in a remote first role for a European leader? Do you want full support from a European industry leading name that is rivalling the likes of Toshiba and Daikin?

On offer is the chance to join a business that has had a fantastic reputation due to their state of the art heat pump systems only having an indoor unit. This means that their units are more affordable, cheaper to install and maintain whilst still being state of the art. This company has been really successful in Europe and has been in the UK for several years and is now growing quickly whilst still maintaining their staff's well-being.

In this role you will be discussing with customers and clients the units' performance, costs and specifications, with some very occasional site visits.

The Role:

  • Managing the requests for information that are being sent in daily
  • Speaking with customers and clients to discuss the heat pumps detailed specifications
  • Be able to understand and explain the Coefficient of Performance
  • Keep up to date with the training provided for each of their latest machines
  • Days based, 9-5, 3 days from home and 2 days in office in London Bridge

The Person:

  • Mechanical or Engineering related degree
  • Experience with HVAC, AC or Heat Pump industry
  • London based
