We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated TANDEM Assembly Operator to join our production team at Blum USA. This is a great opportunity to connect with an established international company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain automated assembly machines.
  • Inspect materials and finished products.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with team leaders, mechanics, and quality personnel to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Start up and shut down of machines.
  • Replenish materials for insertion workstations and prepare for upcoming orders.
  • Visually inspect incoming materials and insert profiles/components into automated machines.
  • Maintain insertion rates aligned with machine cycle times.
  • Inspect, package, and palletize finished products for warehouse transfer.
  • Perform box making, cardboard/trash removal, and Blum box strapping.
  • Operate, troubleshoot, set up, and clean assembly machines.
  • Conduct quality checks on TANDEM drawer slides and report/control scrap.
  • Train new employees on processes, safety, and machine operations.
  • Obtain and maintain a stand‑up forklift license.
  • Support position rotations due to relief or absenteeism.

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, standing, walking, and driving a stand‑up forklift will occur.
  • Occasional overhead work and stair climbing.
  • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Create and attach Label Units (LUs) to palletized goods.
