JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting for Electronics Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Swansea.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has good attention to detail and is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to become permanent.

What will you be doing?

• Assembling small electronic parts and LED lighting products.

• Using basic hand tools and equipment.

• Carrying out simple product checks and testing.

• Checking finished products to make sure they meet quality standards.

• Packing completed products ready for dispatch.

• Following work instructions and keeping your work area clean and tidy.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or electronics would be ideal.

• Soldering experience would be an advantage.

• Someone who is comfortable working with small parts and has good attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

• A reliable, hardworking individual with a positive attitude.
