A highly innovative and rapidly growing Agritech manufacturing business is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer to support the ongoing optimisation, reliability and performance of its advanced production operation. The Opportunity
Reporting into the Operations function, you will play a key role in evaluating, improving and supporting manufacturing processes and plant equipment across the facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on engineering role where you will work closely with operations, engineering, contractors and suppliers to improve process capability, eliminate waste and increase operational performance.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations team, you will play a key role in improving plant efficiency, reliability, safety and overall process performance across the site. The position will involve a mixture of process improvement, equipment optimisation, preventative maintenance development, commissioning activities and day-to-day engineering support. You will be involved in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, reducing waste and downtime, improving throughput and supporting the wider operational team in delivering world-class manufacturing performance. The role will also work closely with contractors, suppliers and other engineering stakeholders to help deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions across the facility.
