What you’ll be doing?
- Lead and optimize 3PL partners across UK & EU for warehousing, fulfillment & transportation
- Manage domestic logistics
- (UK & intra-EU) – last-mile, carrier management & route optimization
- Handle inbound & outbound shipments from overseas (mainly Asia/HK) into EU/UK
- Own customs clearance , documentation, VAT, duties & regulatory compliance
- Provide full operational support for
- B2C, B2B and Retail orders (store replenishment, promotions, returns)
- Ensure accurate ERP transactions and compliance with Finance/Accounts
- Develop and implement SOPs; act as the bridge between UK/EU and Hong Kong HQ
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement as the business scales
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years in supply chain / logistics / 3PL, with 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of UK & EU domestic logistics, international shipping & customs clearance
- Experience supporting multi-channel operations (B2C, B2B, Retail)
- ERP experience (Net Suite / SAP advantageous)
- Right to work in the UK
