An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised, multidisciplinary design consultancy seeking a talented Structural Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice that brings together architects, engineers, designers and urban specialists under one roof, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across the built environment. You'll be part of a collaborative, design-led environment working on high-profile projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, transport, commercial and mixed-use developments.
The Role
- Deliver structural design solutions from concept through to construction.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects and MEP engineers.
- Undertake structural analysis and calculations using industry-standard software.
- Produce technical reports, drawings and specifications.
- Attend client and design team meetings.
- Contribute to innovative, sustainable design approaches.
About You
- Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Has experience working within a consultancy environment.
- Is working towards Chartered status (IStructE/ICE).
- Has strong knowledge of UK design standards and Eurocodes.
- Is confident using structural design software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, Robot, ETABS).
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a design-focused environment.
