My client is looking to hire a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will help develop and manage an efficient, sustainable, and value-driven supply chain. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to support operational performance, quality, and overall business objectives. The role blends strategic sourcing, commercial negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management to deliver tangible results.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies across assigned categories.
- Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations for multiple sites or regions.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and contribute to supplier programs.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing plans with business priorities.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving cost efficiency, service delivery, and supply continuity.
- Identify potential procurement risks and work with relevant teams to implement mitigation strategies.
