What you'll do
- Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
- Process new business applications, fund switches, withdrawals and servicing requests
- Prepare documentation and information for client meetings and reviews
- Liaise with providers to obtain valuations, policy information and updates
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation is compliant and up to date
- Manage workflow through internal systems, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently
- Respond to client and provider enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support the delivery of a high-quality client experience throughout the advice process
What you'll need
- Experience working in a Financial Planning, Wealth Management or IFA administration role
- Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
