Job Description

Our client has an opportunity for a Logistics Operations and Stock Controller to join them on a 6 month contract with possible extension.

You will be providing the timely and accurate compilation and delivery of kits, consumables \"as required\" items and raw materials to the production, assembly, integration and test areas.

  • Role: Logistics Operations and Stock Controller
  • Hourly

Rate: £20.10 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Clearance: full SC required before starting

What you\'ll be doing

  • The compilation and delivery of kits, consumables \"as required\" items and raw materials to production, assembly, integration and test areas...
  • The visibility and control of kits for Storage & Distribution Pre & Post Project Delivery.
  • The control of hazardous /high value/hyper sensitive goods.
  • Perform weekly Cycle counts
  • Input to Daily kit status report
  • Perform weekly 5S audits
  • Monitoring & raising of interplant shipments.
  • Capacity to manage dispatch (Dangerous Goods, Customs invoice, booking of transport on web portals…)

Requirements

  • Experience Working in Class 100 cleanroom
  • SAP, Inventory/stock control IT Literate
  • Team working
  • Kit compilation
  • Handling of flight/sensitive equipment's Stock control and inventory management experience
  • Good level of detail and accuracy & numeracy.
  • Relevant experience in an equivalent or comparable industry would be advantageous.
