Key Responsibilities
- Tender Analysis — Extract relevant information, quantities, and measurements from tender documentation.
- Logikal Software Use — Assist in producing accurate estimates using Logikal; previous experience is highly desirable.
- CAD Interpretation — Read and interpret CAD drawings, ensuring accurate dimensions and specifications are captured.
- Project Specification Review — Understand and apply project specifications to ensure estimates align with technical requirements.
- Cost Estimation — Support the preparation of quotations, cost breakdowns, and material take‑offs.
