About the Role
Reed is delighted to be supporting a returning client of ours who are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of specialist installations. Reporting to the Head of Project Operations, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to post-installation handover, ensuring best-in-class delivery for our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical capability, excellent organisational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Delivery
- Manage installation projects from initial enquiry to final handover
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Technical Planning
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and accurate project quotations
- Support effective planning and smooth project execution
- Procurement & Materials Management
- Procure and manage materials in line with project requirements and timelines
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure availability and quality
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and site schedules
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects running smoothly
- Commercial Control
- Manage project budgets, variations, and documentation
- Maintain strong commercial oversight and transparent reporting
