We are seeking a data-driven Micro Space Planner to join their state of the art office. You will bridge the gap between data and design, ensuring every inch of shelf space across their estate drives maximum commercial value.
Core Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-performing layouts using industry-standard software (JDA/Blue Yonder or similar).
- Translate sales data and customer trends into actionable shelf strategies.
- Partner with Category Managers and Supply Chain to support range reviews and new store refits.
- Identify opportunities to increase density and visual appeal across various categories.
The Ideal Candidate
- Background in Micro Space Planning, Merchandising, or Retail Analytics.
- Proficiency in Blue Yonder (JDA), Nielsen Spaceman, or equivalent.
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and a passion for layout efficiency.
- Able to present evidence-based recommendations to key stakeholders.
