Overview
Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, you'll work in the Hydraulic Workshop carrying out testing, repair and overhaul of hydraulic aviation components in line with OEM manuals, quality procedures and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities:
- Test, repair and overhaul hydraulic aviation components in accordance with OEM manuals/instructions.
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are observed and maintained.
- Establish and maintain a legally compliant and safe working environment.
- Undertake risk assessments and ensure safety requirements are met.
- Prepare workshop reports and material reviews to support customer estimates (Purchasing/Commercial).
- Support capability development and identify improvements to reduce cost and turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and document findings clearly.
- Understand customer needs and ensure these are met/exceeded.
- Carry out other reasonable duties within your capability, as directed.
Qualifications & experience:
- Understanding of aircraft component MRO within Pt 145 regulatory requirements.
- Hydraulic aviation background (essential); similar role experience.
- Experience using Skydrol and hydraulic oil rigs.
- Good understanding of MS Office and business systems/procedures.
- Ability to interpret manuals and record inspection findings.
