Your New Role
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems in Southampton, Pennsylvania
- Complete HVAC replacements and new equipment installations
- Install furnaces, condensers, air handlers, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
- Modify and fabricate ductwork to ensure proper system performance
- Perform startup testing and verify proper equipment operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Follow local building codes, safety regulations, and company installation standards
- Complete installation documentation accurately and on time
Hiring Expectations
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical components, and ductwork
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
