Job Description
Field Service Engineer – Instant Photo Machine, Southampton, England (Nationwide patch / Global travel).

Responsibilities
- Install, prepare and set up instant imaging machinery.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients, customers and interdepartmental teams.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair instant imaging machinery.
- Keep accurate technical documentation of all projects and work performed.
- Work autonomously with regular travel nationwide and occasional worldwide travel.
- Communicate effectively with clients, customers and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Background in IT support, desktop support, AV engineering, telecoms, photography or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems (not essential but preferred).
- Full, valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
