We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Contracts Manager to join our Clients growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead electrical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage electrical contracts across multiple sites.
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
- Support project delivery including scheduling and resource planning.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients through direct liaison.
- Work closely with our Electrical Qualified Supervisor to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Attend site meetings and carry out progress inspections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager role or similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations and industry regulations.
- Experience within the social housing sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
- Full UK driving licence.
