Teaching takes place in groups of up to six learners, with a strong focus on vocational learning, confidence-building, and employability skills. You will deliver engaging sessions across a range of trades including bricklaying, carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, and general maintenance.

A calm, flexible, and resilient approach is essential, alongside effective behaviour management using trauma-informed strategies.
