Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce detailed CAD drawings and designs based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand design requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company specifications.
- Revise and update drawings as necessary to reflect changes or improvements.
- Support piping design and layout where applicable.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of CAD files.
- Work in partnership with HSEQ on any HSEQ matters and work in accordance with HSEQ Service Level Agreement.
- Be aware of and understand your HSEQ responsibilities relevant to your role; if unsure ask your Line Manager; work in compliance with Safer Together behaviours.
Requirements
- Proven experience with CAD drawing software (e. g., Auto CAD, Solid Works, Micro Station).
- Experience in piping design and drafting (highly advantageous).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for liaising with project stakeholders.
