We are an established and growing construction firm specializing in luxury residential projects. Looking for an Entry Level, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional projects. In this role, you will support senior project management across all phases of construction, with a strong focus on document control, subcontractor coordination, and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute bid packages and maintain accurate tracking logs.
- Obtain insurance certificates from subcontractors.
- Manage and maintain Submittal, RFI, and Drawing logs to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Keep all project drawings and documents current and properly organized.
- Attend project meetings, prepare detailed meeting minutes, and distribute them promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, architects, and owners using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Support the project team in resolving issues and keeping projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to think analytically and solve problems proactively.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, listen actively, and follow direction while showing initiative.
