Job DescriptionApproved Electrician (Maintenance) West London £40-45,000 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Approved Electrician (Maintenance) to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across West London.
Key Approved Electrician (Maintenance) duties include:
- Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults efficiently
- Electrical installation, modification and upgrade works
- Working to SLA response and completion times
- Updating jobs and reports through the CAFM/PDA system
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
- Maintaining accurate service records and reporting follow-on works
- Supporting with additional multi-skilled maintenance tasks when required
- Participating in an out-of-hours callout rota on a rota basis
Approved Electrician (Maintenance) Requirements:
- City & Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- AM2
- Gold Card
- Experience within facilities maintenance or building services
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
