One of London's most respected super-prime residential contractors is looking to appoint an ambitious Site Manager to join its growing team. This role would particularly suit a Site Manager working within a larger super-prime or main contractor who feels ready for more responsibility and a clearer route towards Project Management.

You'll join a highly regarded contractor delivering some of the finest residential projects in London and the Home Counties, working alongside leading architects, consultants, designers and private clients. Rather than being one of many Site Managers within a large organisation, you'll become a key member of a close-knit team where your contribution is recognised, your opinion is valued and your development is actively supported.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high-end residential projects typically ranging from £5m to £10m. Projects regularly include:
- Complex refurbishments
- Structural alterations
- Basement construction
- Listed and heritage buildings
- Luxury fit-outs
- Bespoke finishes and specialist packages
You will take responsibility for site operations, programme management, quality control, subcontractor coordination and health & safety, ensuring projects are delivered to the exceptional standards for which the business is known.
The Person
We are looking for a proactive and professional Site Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects. You are likely to have:
- Experience managing high-end residential or refurbishment projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- A keen eye for quality and detail
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
