As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, design team and subcontractors to ensure the scheme progresses smoothly from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations from start through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site labour
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality requirements
- Work closely with the Project Manager and commercial team
- Manage site paperwork, inductions, RAMS and progress reporting
- Liaise with the client, consultants and key stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify issues early and help drive solutions
- Ensure a clean, organised and professional site environment
- Oversee snagging, handover and completion stages
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong main contractor background and experience delivering projects of a similar size and nature.
