This is a trainee electrical installation training/assessing post for a qualified and experienced electrician. No previous training or assessing experience is required for this role and full training and support is provided. The role involves training and assessing apprentice learners at various sites across the South Yorkshire area, requiring a fully qualified, time‑served electrician.

Essential Experience and Qualifications
- Fully qualified electrician with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent full recognised apprenticeship and an AM2 certificate
- Driving licence and use of a car
- Minimum of 5 years working as an electrician in industry
- Keenness to work in education
Responsibilities
- Full‑time hours, Monday to Friday

- Home‑based office work and diary planning
- Training and assessing apprentice learners at various sites across the South Yorkshire area
- Supporting apprentices with building their NVQ portfolio
- Assessing apprentices’ evidence and electrical work in the workplace
