We are currently recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company covering commercial sites across Sheffield and the surrounding areas. The Role
- As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Duties
- Planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Working on a range of equipment including AHUs, FCUs, split systems and ventilation
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Providing excellent service to clients on‑site
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer within a facilities management or building services environment
- Strong fault‑finding and maintenance experience
- Relevant HVAC qualifications (F‑Gas)
- Full UK driving licence
