Job Description

CONTRACT

Morae Global seeks to find the best and the brightest people—those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Share Do Architect to join our Legal Technology and Delivery function and lead the design and implementation of enterprise case management and workflow automation solutions.

This is a hybrid contract position based in the London, UK area.

Candidates must currently reside within commuting distance of London and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

This role supports UK-based client engagements and requires delivery within the UK.

This is a senior client-facing consulting role responsible for leading solution architecture, technical design, and implementation strategy across complex Share Do engagements.

The successful candidate will combine deep Share Do expertise with strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities, ensuring client solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and validate requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Share Do solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
  • Design enterprise case and matter management solutions using Share Do best practices.
  • Define workflow architecture, process models, data structures, security models, and integration approaches.
  • Produce BPMN diagrams and solution design documentation.
  • Establish platform design standards, governance frameworks, and architectural best practices.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client business objectives.
  • Share Do Platform Architecture
  • Lead the design and optimisation of Share Do workflows, automation, and business processes.
  • Define document automation architecture and template design standards.
  • Design relational data models, schemas, and information architecture.
  • Architect client portal solutions and collaboration capabilities.
  • Review and approve configuration approaches proposed by delivery teams.
  • Provide technical oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Integration & Technical Leadership
  • Design integration solutions across Saa S and on-premise applications using APIs and modern integration patterns.
  • Define authentication, security, and data exchange strategies.
  • Support data migration, mapping, and ETL design activities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to configurators, consultants, and developers.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges.
  • Delivery Governance & Client Engagement
  • Maintain architecture artefacts, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
  • Participate in estimation, solution planning, and delivery governance activities.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Support client demonstrations, technical workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide strategic technology guidance.
  • Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Stay current with Share Do platform capabilities, product releases, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies and solution quality.
  • Contribute to internal capability development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solution presentations where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, Engineering, or a related field .
  • Architecture, cloud, or technology certifications are highly desirable.

Required Experience/Skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience designing and delivering Share Do solutions.
  • Proven experience working as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Architect, or senior Share Do Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, case management, and business process transformation.
  • Experience producing solution architecture and technical design documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN process modelling.
  • Experience designing Saa S platform architectures and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with object modelling, relational data concepts, and information architecture.
  • Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and/or Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience working within consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments.
  • Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience within legal technology, insurance, claims management, or professional services industries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Share Point, Teams, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
  • Experience with Docu Sign, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Document Management System (DMS) integrations.
  • Java Script and/or C# development experience.
  • TOGAF, Azure, or other architecture-related certifications.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal development.
  • Experience leading global or distributed delivery teams.
