Role – We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major ServiceNow transformation and migration programme, focused on modernising legacy ITSM processes and implementing AI‑enabled capabilities across enterprise operations. This role will drive the successful migration of legacy workflows onto a strategic ServiceNow platform, ensuring process standardisation, operational optimisation, and alignment with enterprise governance and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives, including:
      • Planning and governance
      • Delivery execution
      • Risk and dependency management
      • Budget and resource control
  • Manage complex migration programmes across multiple IT and operational domains
  • ServiceNow Transformation & Migration
    • Oversee migration and transformation activities across:
      • Software Asset Management (SAM)
      • Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
      • Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
      • Patch Management
      • Cloud Workflows
      • End-to-End process integration
  • Drive standardisation and optimisation of legacy processes using ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Collaborate with:
      • IT Operations teams
      • Asset Management and Risk teams
      • Infrastructure and Cloud Operations
      • Business stakeholders and delivery partners
  • Manage relationships with ServiceNow and third‑party vendors
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Lead organisational change initiatives, including:
      • Communication and engagement plans
      • Training and adoption strategies
      • Operational readiness activities
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new ServiceNow‑based processes
  • Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance
    • Ensure all solutions align with:

  • Oversee:
    • UAT and integration testing
    • Performance and migration validation
