This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Technician / Vehicle Technician to join a professional franchised dealership in Newcastle-Under-Lyne. You'll be working within a busy workshop environment, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of modern vehicles while benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.

THE ROLE
As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring excellent quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
- Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Completing vehicle repairs to manufacturer standards
- Carrying out vehicle inspections and health checks
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
- Completing all relevant workshop documentation
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Working closely with the wider Service and Workshop teams
ABOUT YOU
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician / Vehicle Technician / Service Technician
- Experience within a franchised dealership or professional workshop
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
