Services RWA Capacity and Governance Manager, Lead Specialist - SVP

Oversee Services' RWA capacities, coordinate with Liquidity Management Services and Investor/Issuer Services, and lead the development of a robust methodology for capital allocation. Engage senior leadership to influence capital planning, analyze RWA data, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and roll out a robust methodology for Services' capital allocation, collaborating closely with senior leadership and establishing governance metrics.
  • Influence services' capital planning process and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Review weekly and monthly RWA, monitor data quality, deep‑dive breach drivers, and provide inputs to Finance Capital Controllers.
  • Prepare timely insights on variance drivers and optimization opportunities for Services leadership.
  • Progress RWA accuracy, completeness, and compliance; champion remediation of RWA issues with Finance, Risk Management, Technology, and other business areas.
  • Provide strategic analyses and reporting to align client‑level strategy within Services product lines.
  • Represent the business in RWA‑related discussions with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines of defence review functions, serving as business contact for COBRA/IA reviews.

Qualifications

  • Significant relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of regulatory capital rules for RWA calculation.
  • Familiarity with Services products, Citi’s systems, and data.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets to identify issues and root cause.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, influence outcomes, and drive objectives to delivery.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of conversing across functions and seniority.
  • Highly organised, responsive, and proactive.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, science, mathematics, or related fields; master’s degree preferred.
