The Role
This role will see you take ownership of the Creator Talent division, driving its commercial performance and long-term strategic direction. You'll lead on roster development, oversee brand partnerships and negotiations, mentor a growing team, and position the agency as a leader within the influencer and creator management space. Experience working at the intersection of fashion and luxury is important, as our client represents talent operating at the premium end of the market. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a high-value creator roster, maximising talent positioning and earning potential
- Build and sustain high-value brand and commercial partnerships, leading negotiations at a senior level
- Drive revenue performance across the roster, identifying new income streams and market opportunities
- Develop long-term partnership strategies that extend reach across international markets
- Lead the strategic direction and commercial growth of the creator talent function
- Create and oversee tailored career and content strategies for top-tier talent
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent management team
- Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships across the brand, agency, and platform landscape
- Drive the agency's profile and positioning within the wider industry
- Ad hoc tasks to support the Managing Director

Package
- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + performance-based incentives
