We do this by providing the largest choice of alternate accommodations - beautifully furnished boutique style apartments in every major city on the planet, using our award winning proprietary suite of technology and our best in class customer service / account management levels.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Global Supply Chain in managing regional supplier teams and ensuring KPI delivery.
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews, including targets, KPIs, and action plans.
- Monitor team productivity, supplier growth, and apartment catalogue expansion.
- Identify training needs and support development of team members.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, SLAs, and internal systems (e.g. EcoGrade, APS).
- Oversee supplier onboarding, including partnership agreements and rate negotiations.
- Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to optimise supplier performance and customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders across regions.
- Manage feedback loops between suppliers and operations teams.
- Set and review bonus structures aligned with performance targets.
- Support team growth through hiring, training, and supervision.
- Represent the business in client presentations and industry networking events.
- Promoting internal AI SaaS tools such as: EcoGrade.ai and aPerfectStay.ai.
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with serviced apartment or hotel supply chains within the hospitality sector.
- Working knowledge of channel managers and GDS platforms.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in data software and AI tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven negotiation skills, including engagement at senior stakeholder level.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and effective in time management.
- Strong customer service focus, with experience handling escalations professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
