Your new company

Our client is a well-respected main contractor and developer. With an exceptional reputation for having completed award-winning new build and redevelopment projects across some of Edinburgh’s most challenging prime locations, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Site Manager. They are currently working on multiple large projects across central Scotland and as one of their new large-scale redevelopments is underway in Edinburgh, they are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team.

Your new role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take on a critical package of work and confidently lead a team, ensuring the site is operating in a safe and productive manner – while maintaining the excellent quality and standards they take pride in delivering.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Site Management experience of a large-scale residential and redevelopment project is essential.
  • The successful candidate should also be confident in leading and briefing a team of subcontractors and have a strong understanding of how to coordinate, organise and drive a team to achieve deadlines and completion.
  • You will have a professional approach, and commercial awareness of the project, monitoring the progression and timeframe of this programme.
  • You will have the ability to fit in well immediately with a productive site team.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First aid are essential.
