Overview
Senior QS role in Essex. I’m currently working with a growing specialist construction company that delivers innovative environmentally sustainable solutions across high-profile, flagship projects in and around London. They’re looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis, working from their Essex office with occasional site visits. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll be a key part of a small, close-knit, and expanding commercial team, with strong involvement in client management and commercial decision-making. This role is ideal for someone from any construction background, also considering rail, civil engineering, or similar background, someone who wants to make an impact, take ownership, and grow with a business, rather than being lost in a larger organisation.
Salary is up to £80,000 + package (DOE) - 21 days holiday, Christmas shutdown, car allowance, private healthcare, pension scheme.
