Job Description About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining the commercial team of reputable Main Contractor who have a turnover of nearly £900m.
You will be the commercial lead on a £30m commercial cut & carve scheme in Central London where you will be based.
The company are privately owned and have been growing in the construction industry for over 150 years with over 5 offices across the UK.
They predominately focus on leisure, lab, student accommodation, healthcare, education and commercial projects valued from £20m - £100m.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Monitor costs against project budget
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
