Opportunity

You’ll take a leading role across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver schemes from early stages through to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Leading projects across healthcare, high‑end retail, defence, and student accommodation
  • Managing full project lifecycles from feasibility and pre‑construction through delivery
  • Acting as Employers Agent and overseeing contract administration
  • Working confidently with JCT contracts and supporting NEC‑based projects where required
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Reporting on programme, cost, risk, and quality throughout delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong consultancy‑side project management experience
  • Proven background delivering projects in one or more of the firm’s key sectors
  • Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience beneficial)
  • Experience in both pre‑construction and delivery phases
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
