An exciting opportunity for a global insurance firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Business Change function for an initial 6 month contract. This role will support large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes focused on restructuring, operating model delivery, and offshoring.

This role involves converting high-level business requirements into actionable project plans and driving successful outcomes through effective change management strategies.

Your Role:

  • Lead and integrate change management activities into overall business/programme objectives and delivery plans.
  • Develop and implement specific change strategies to support transformation initiatives.
  • Evaluate project progress through detailed project plans and regular status meetings, ensuring stakeholder, sponsor, and client expectations are met.
  • Conduct annual evaluations using the project evaluation framework to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate resource requirements with management when faced with conflicting priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document tasks required to achieve group objectives within the project plan.
  • Oversee the development of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, training plans, and more.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in General/London Markets Insurance or Banking/Financial Services (essential).
  • Proven expertise in delivering Target Operating Models.
  • A strong track record in managing Offshoring or Restructuring projects.
