This role involves working on regional projects across the Midlands and Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

  • Tender stage and live works planning duties using Asta Powerproject.
  • Plan projects across Education, Health, Leisure, Student Accommodation and PRS sectors.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the building sector.
  • Previous employment as a Senior Planner, Planner, Planning Engineer, Planning Manager, Project Controller, Project Manager or Site Manager.
  • Experience with building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, MOJ, Industrial or Education.
  • Previous main contractor employment.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC et al).
  • Remuneration
