- Tender stage and live works planning duties using Asta Powerproject.
- Plan projects across Education, Health, Leisure, Student Accommodation and PRS sectors.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the building sector.
- Previous employment as a Senior Planner, Planner, Planning Engineer, Planning Manager, Project Controller, Project Manager or Site Manager.
- Experience with building sector projects such as Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Apartment Blocks, Student Accommodation, Hotels, MOJ, Industrial or Education.
- Previous main contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC et al).
- Remuneration
