Preparing calculations to determine main plant sizes and capacities as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

Producing concept schematics and red-line layout mark-ups for various MEPH systems for input into AutoCAD or Revit software.

Conducting MEPH calculations using recognised industry standards and software such as Amtech, Dialux, IES, and Heavacomp.

Collaborating with other design engineers and project managers to identify and develop solutions in line with project requirements.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in building services engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Experienced in commercial building design, including new build, shell and core, major refurbishment, and CAT A/B fitouts within the London area.
  • Proven track record of delivering design work in your discipline from RIBA Stage 2 to 4 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
  • Proficient in using Bluebeam Revu software or other similar digital marking-up tools related to MEP services engineering.
  • Aware of the design deliverables required at each design stage in accordance with the guidance provided in BSRIA BG6.
