We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain material and supply inventory
  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

Qualifications

  • Sufficient experience and knowledge in work relating to operations, inspection, calibration and repair of HVAC, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems
  • An additional 36 months of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent and successful completion of all training and testing as required in this classification
  • Demonstrated an aptitude and working knowledge for reading, interpreting, and working from complex structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications
  • Possess knowledge of standard electrical print symbols and the ability to read and understand moderately complex electrical prints
  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
  • High school diploma or a general education degree (G.E.D.). Related trade school certification or a minimum of three (3) years of related experience within the last five (5)
  • Certifications in HVAC and Refrigerant Handling and Recovery
