We are currently seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications
- Sufficient experience and knowledge in work relating to operations, inspection, calibration and repair of HVAC, lighting, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural systems
- An additional 36 months of experience as a maintenance technician or equivalent and successful completion of all training and testing as required in this classification
- Demonstrated an aptitude and working knowledge for reading, interpreting, and working from complex structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications
- Possess knowledge of standard electrical print symbols and the ability to read and understand moderately complex electrical prints
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
- High school diploma or a general education degree (G.E.D.). Related trade school certification or a minimum of three (3) years of related experience within the last five (5)
- Certifications in HVAC and Refrigerant Handling and Recovery
